fersensporn

The trigger: An overstimulation of the plantar tendon – due to a foot malposition, the periosteum is irritated, as the traction is strongly increased. Therefore, an inflammation develops, which is reignited after each load. (e.g. the first steps in the morning or getting up after sitting for a long time). The insoles for heel spurs can provide relief.

The remedy: Stretch or stimulate the blood circulation! Stretch the sole of the foot before taking the first step in the morning and massage the affected area. Insoles for heel spurs straighten the heel bone (JURTIN insoles), takes the pull of the tendon and reduce the constant irritation. The foot needs a good guidance and a punctual relief at the pain point! This will allow the inflammation to subside and the pain will go away after about 3 weeks.
